As in Hinduism and the Yin Yang sign, the 3 stands for the Beginning that has no Beginning and the 9 Stands for the End that has no End. The 4 o’clock stands for the time Baha’u’llah entered the Garden of Ridvan, which was about 2 hours before sunset, which was about at 6PM that time of the year I think. Give and take.
