A year of planning culminated this past weekend in the celebration of Abdu’l-Baha’s visit to Chicago to lay the cornerstone of the Baha’i House of Worship in Wilmette. I was so occupied this weekend with all of the logistics that I was only able to take a photo today, on the 12th Day of Ridvan.

“I pray in your behalf that your hearts may be enlightened with the light of the love of God; that your minds may develop daily; that your spirits may become aglow with the fire and illumination of His glad tidings, until these divine foundations may become established throughout the human world.” -‘Abdu’l-Bahá
